Built around the operator
Northern Septics is focused on the work that calls for an excavator: getting access to buried infrastructure and completing the ground work for septic installations and repairs. The starting point is your actual property and the work in front of you.
You can call or text Tim directly. Share the system information you have, the issue or installation you are planning, and how the machine can reach the area.
A clear scope makes a better project
Some septic problems call for pumping or mechanical service. Others need a damaged pipe exposed or excavation for a tank, field or lagoon project. Tim does not provide tank pumping; his work is with his excavator.
For a new installation or a larger repair, establish the role of any designer and other providers alongside the machine work. An estimate should explain what is included rather than leave the responsibilities unclear.
Installation work and the finished site
Installations are Tim’s main focus, including gravity fields, pressure systems and sand mounds. For an existing home, he aims to restore the disturbed area as close to original as practical. The estimate should set out the agreed grade and surface finish.
Tim offers 24-hour service availability. Call to discuss the work and response timing. Inspection appointments can be very limited during the busy installation season, so confirm availability directly with him.
