Send the documents you already have
Attach the design and site plan, including relevant revisions and system specifications. An existing assessment or material schedule can also help identify the work. You do not need to retype every detail from the drawings into the form.
The form accepts PDF plans and JPG or PNG images. Export CAD drawings as PDF. You can attach up to five files, with a 5 MB limit per file and 8 MB total. For larger plans, email Tim directly.
Add the practical site information
- Your property location, contact details and intended timing.
- Whether the project is for a new home or replacement at an existing home.
- Photos or a description of the excavator access route.
- Any deliveries, pumping or other trade work already arranged.
- The backfill, grade and surface finish you want included.
What happens after you submit
The enquiry and attached files are emailed to Tim at Northern Septics. The confirmation provides a reference number. Files are not published in a website gallery.
Tim can review the design, clarify the installation scope and discuss a quote. A submitted drawing does not automatically establish a final price, confirm a booking or replace the project’s required assessment, design and documentation.
No completed design yet?
You can still send an enquiry and explain the stage you are at. Tim can discuss the excavator work and information needed for an estimate. Confirm who is responsible for the required design and documentation before construction is agreed.
